Open-source tools for secure, automated FreeBSD infrastructure — from a single container to a fully managed fleet.
BastilleBSD is a small family of focused, open-source tools that share a philosophy: lightweight, secure, and automatable. Each is written in POSIX shell, ships through the FreeBSD ports tree, and is released under the permissive BSD 3-Clause license.
They’re designed to work together — Bastille automates your containers, Rocinante automates the hosts, and the BastilleBSD distribution brings it all together into a ready-to-run platform — but each stands perfectly well on its own.
